Refund policy

Change of mind

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened skincare, oils, bath products or sponges.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you, including postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of anything in this policy.

How to return

Email amanda@betternaked.com.au with your order number and we will send you the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number.
